Information: Serving up a delicious three course set menu that features dishes such as Slow Roasted Salmon and Peppered Eye Fillet Wellington, along with a wine pairing menu, The Pangolin’s Christmas Eve package is the perfect warm up celebration before the Christmas Day festivities. Guests will be greeted with festive mulled wine on arrival and classic Christmas tunes will be playing across the Lowlands and Highlands restaurants to get everyone in the festive spirit.

Information: If you don’t want to stress over the Christmas Day cooking this year then The Pangolin is the perfect homey location away from your own to celebrate at with family and friends.The extravagant set menu of traditional dishes with a twist include Smoked Honey Mustard Turkey and is complemented with numerous drinks packages, so guests can enjoy the full festive experience. There will also be fun for the little ones with entertainment running throughout the day in the kid’s room, as well as a visit from the big man himself. There will also be the opportunity for guests to take home a voucher to dinner at The Pangolin too, thanks to a best dressed competition for all ages, with the most fabulously festive dressed crowned the winner on the day!

Boxing Day BBQ

Information:A day for watching the sport and continuing the festive cheer with friends, The Pangolin’s Boxing Day BBQ is the place where you can do both, all while enjoying a wide range of meats from the terrace’s famous smoker and live sports on the many wide screen TVs.
