Celebrate ‘The Life Of Nobu’ With A Special Set Menu Dinner Hosted By Chef Nobu Himself

Nobu, the world-renowned Japanese restaurant at Dubai’s iconic Atlantis, The Palm, invites guests to a very special ‘Omakase’ (chef’s choice) dinner hosted by Chef Nobu Matsuhisa. Taking place on Thursday 27th and Friday 28th September for AED 595 per person, the ‘Life of Nobu’ dinner will offer Japanese cuisine aficionados the rare chance to enjoy iconic Nobu dishes as well as exotic creations prepared by the celebrity chef.

With Nobu Dubai’s 10-year anniversary around the corner, it’s the perfect excuse to celebrate the evolution and success of the restaurant and its founder, Chef Nobu Matsuhisa. The ‘Omakase’ menu will take diners on a journey, offering much-loved dishes and a selection of Chef Nobu’s favourites. Each dish will have a personal story behind it, offering an exclusive sneak peek into Chef Nobu’s life, from the famed black cod miso yuzu, which is served more than 20,000 times every year, to tender Japanese beef on hoba leaf. Diners will also be invited to try the likes of sea urchin with tempura, avocado tacos with caviar and sashimi ‘four ways’ as part of the nine-course menu as well as mochi ice cream and a chocolate bento box with sake ice cream for the sweetest of finales.

Nobu Dubai is consistently voted one of the top Japanese restaurants in the food-obsessed city of Dubai, and Chef Nobu’s unique fusion of Japanese and Peruvian flavours can be found at 33 outlets across the globe. Guests can visit Atlantis, The Palm branch and experience the likes of a chu toro black sesame special from the sushi bar, beef dry miso and seabass with a yuzu white chocolate sauce, lobster hobayaki, beef anticucho den miso, truffle rice, and tofu and shiitake gyoza.
