Japan’s iconic Sakura Cherry Blossoms beckons travellers from across the globe to watch the delicate flowers fall gently and cover the country in pink splendour. With the cherry blossom season set to begin in March, Katsuya is going to be bringing the beauty of the season to guests in Dubai.

The curated menu by the charismatic Head Chef Pavel, O-Hanami, is named after the ancient Japanese tradition of flower viewing. This alluring menu incorporates the delicate petals into a five-course degustation experience starting with steamed edamame, a delightful Sakura miso salmon teriyaki, scallop carpaccio with avocado cream, a succulent duck breast with berry teriyaki sauce, and finally a journey of floral notes in the cherry blossom dessert.
