To experience the rich and distinctive flavors of authentic Thai cuisine, Tong Thai’s expert culinary team is offering a special handcrafted and exquisite four-course set menu that will ignite the senses.
Starting with appetizers, enjoy options like Yum Hed Ruam (Mixed Mushroom Salad with Glass Noodles), Pluak Thod (Deep fried Taro Wrapped with Soybean Skin, Peanut, and Sweet Chili Sauce), and Kanom Jeeb Phak (Vegetable Dumplings, Spicy Dark Soy Sauce). Followed by a delicious soup, Tom Kha Phak (Mixed Vegetable Coconut Soup with Mushrooms, Tofu, Chili, Lemongrass, Lime, and Soya Sauce).
For the main course, choose between Tao Hoo Phad Prick Sod (Stir-Fried Soybean Cake with Chili, Onion, Spring Onion, Shiitake Mushroom, Carrot, and Mushroom Sauce), Gaeng Phed Tao Hoo (Mixed Vegetable Red Curry with Tofu, Baby Marrows, Thai Eggplant, and Sweet Basil), or Phad Phak Ruam (Wok-Fried Broccoli, Cauliflower, Carrot, Snow Peas, Pak Choi, Garlic, and Soya Sauce).
It wouldn’t be a celebration without dessert! Indulge in a decadent I Tim Boran (Coconut Sorbet with Sweet Sticky Rice, Mango, Jackfruit, and Peanut). To end the evening of festivities on a sweet note, the team at Tong Thai will also be gifting traditional farewell cards.
