This Wednesday 14th July marks the annual celebration for one of the most loved American dishes – the iconic Mac ‘n’ Cheese. The team at CMP believes that the secret to making any good dish lies in the ingredients and a little extra care. Their Mac ‘n’ Cheese features the best Italian macaroni, which is undercooked considerably in preparation as it continues cooking in the oven absorbing the flavour of the cheese sauce and making sure the pasta isn’t too soft and still has a bite to it when you dig in.
The blend of ingredients is authentic – CMP uses a blend of sharp Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese for the sauce. The dish is then topped up with homemade breadcrumbs for extra texture and bit more cheese before finishing the dish in the oven.
