Weslodge Dubai will take diners’ taste buds on a highly imaginative and palatable exploration through North America, with a generous assortment of skillfully prepared signature dishes that will delight and inspire diners of all nationalities. Available exclusively during the Dubai Food Festival, Dubai foodies can enjoy a specially curated menu highlighting a variety of choices as they indulge in an epicurean extravaganza celebrating the very best Weslodge has to offer.
Conceived through the creative influences of Executive Chef, Chef Juan Pablo Rey, the exclusive menu for Dubai Restaurant Week is a stirring three course affair full of character and culinary excellence. Starting from AED 95, for starters, guests can choose to indulge in a variety of contemporary North American dishes which each feature the signature Weslodge touch including a Taco Cabrito consisting of lamb asador and smoked avocado, Crab Cakes topped with a drizzle of tartar sauce and lemon zest, adding a splash of fresh zing, the Weslodge Chop consisting of goat cheese, avocado, and champagne vinaigrette.
As diners move into the second course, gastronomes can immerse themselves in either a Wild Mushroom and Truffle Risotto, NY Strip Steak marinated to perfection and served with a side of thin fries, the signature Lamb Pumpkin Pie served with a tender slow roasted lamb, honey, fresh thyme, and tomato paste, and lastly the Maple Glazed Salmon, beautifully balancing sweet and savoury notes alongside pickled fennel and a grilled lemon.
To cap the dining experience, guests continue to be spoiled for choice between the Lemon Meringue Tart and a Macaroon Plate.
