Great food is at the core of the Chinese New Year celebration, with families and friends gathering to enjoy an array of mouthwatering delicacies. To mark the occasion of the Chinese New Year, Hikina Restaurant will be curating a one-off dinner on 21st January, from 6.30pm until 11pm.
The flavorsome experience offers diners the chance to peruse the vast and plentiful buffet, while also enjoying dishes served to the table. Starting at AED 129 per person for the food only package, guests can also opt for the food and house beverage package for AED 229 person, with children availing of 50% discount.
Begin the meal with an array of delicious salads served from live stations manned by chefs who assure the freshest, quality offering, including Dragon Fruit Spinach Salad, Chinese Cucumber Siracha Salad, and Avocado, Chinese Pear, and Beansprout Salad.
There is also a noodle soup station where diners can customize their delicious creations, choosing the likes of Spicy and Sour Prawn Cream Soup and Yellow Chicken Soup with a selection of noodles, sauces, and condiments.
Main courses are a delicious affair featuring favorites including Hong Kong Baked Fish, Kung Pao Chicken, Sichuan Shrimp, and Lamb Massaman.
Served to the table are a moreish selection of Dim Sum and Cantonese-style fish salad, sauces, and condiments, also known as Yu Sheng.
