Available exclusively on the Cortina and Lounge Terrace, guests will dine on Radicchio “Gorizia”, Cedar-marinated Langoustine, Yoghurt and Caviar for starters, Lemongrass Risotto with Violette Shrimps and Sage, Roasted Amberjack, Saffron Sauce and “Barba di Frate” for mains, and for dessert, a refreshing Cold Soup of Cherry and Rhubarb, Rose petal and Raspberry Sorbet.
Starting at AED 3,000, couples are invited to indulge in a premium dining experience at the Cortina area with the set menu, a bottle of Perrier Jouet Blason Rosé and a gorgeous bouquet of 12 roses. For AED 5,000, enjoy the crisp winter breeze on the Lounge Terrace with the set menu and full-bodied Lauren Perrier Rosé, inclusive of a dozen roses.
For an even more elevated experience, guests can choose the AED 7,000 package, featuring a set menu and a bottle of the finest Dom Perignon. In addition to the Valentine’s Day set menus, Roberto’s will also offer each guest a special grape pairing starting at AED 300 for 3 glasses and AED 600 for 5 glasses.
Guests may also opt for a la carte dining at the Main Lounge, Piemonte, and Bar with a minimum spend of AED 750 per person, elevating their dining experience to a whole new level. For the party goers, Bar Scala is the ultimate destination for an intimate after-party experience starting from 11 pm. The ambient lounge will also offer special Valentine’s drinks and a champagne bundle, featuring a live performance by DJ Emir for an unforgettable night.
