Executive Chef Howard Ko has carefully curated a sumptuous menu combining innovative flavours and ingredients that subtly pay tribute to Southeast Asia. The menu consists of an array of elegant creations ranging from small bites at the bar to an extensive culinary journey waiting to be unveiled at the restaurant. Some of the signature dishes include their Seaweed Parker Rolls with a variety of spreads, Kiwami Wagyu Beef Tartar & Marinated Salmon Roe, Spanish Bluefin Tuna Carpaccio, a surprising Unagi & Foie Gras Éclair, and a delicious Lobster Squid Ink Mafaldine. CÉ LA VI is now open for lunch and dinner bookings and assures an explosion of senses as part of their distinctive dining experience.
A timeless tradition of Afternoon Tea will be available every weekday from 3PM – 6PM including an exquisite selection of teas as well as a spectacular spread of savouries and desserts, featuring fine pastries and traditional favourites.
Every Friday, CÉ LA VI’s Brunch On 54 is the perfect way to spend an afternoon soaking in breathtaking views of the Dubai Skyline. This showstopping brunch is filled with exceptional cuisine that can be tasted through a delectable set menu, whilst sipping on free-flowing house beverages and Veuve Clicquot Champagne from 1PM – 4PM for AED 495 per person.

The iconic space is hosting individual themed nights catering to all your party needs and is open from Tuesday to Friday till 3AM.
