New original cocktails include the Mediterranean Touch, a light, refreshing, and fruity cocktail made with lychee liqueur, fig jam, green apple juice, ginger syrup, and cucumber foam, the Cuban Samurai, Cuban rum is delicately blended with Japanese tea and yuzu pureed with matcha tea and sugarcane syrup.
