In celebration of ‘World Vegetarian Day’, The Bay, the restaurant providing visitors with incredible views and a world of flavours will be providing its vegetarian customers with an exclusive and customised vegetarian menu throughout the month of October. The menu will include dishes which are both delicious and healthy from Kale Salad, Tomato Gazpacho, Vegan Poke Bowl, Zucchini Noodles, Pumpkin Pithivier, Gnocchi, Tart Renversée Agrume, Mixed Berries Pavlova, and an ‘Exotic’ dessert which includes Coconut Mousse and Passion Fruit Crémeux
