Chef Gian Marco Francesconi, who worked in a number of renowned dining establishments including Tuscany’s Michelin-starred Ristorante Ninan, brings a wealth of experience, expertise and passion to his new role, serving up exceptional Tuscan-inspired dishes at Jumeiah Beach Hotel’s signature Italian restaurant. Along with a new menu comes a new brunch; translating to ‘sweet nothing’, Dolce Far Niente will welcome guests every Friday from 3pm – 6pm, to enjoy an afternoon of relaxed idleness and delicious food. Expect authentic dishes, beachside lounging under the sun and good vibes as the DJ plays on throughout the day. Begin with a selection of fresh antipasti and insalate including mushroom aranchini with truffle and a seasame aioli, charcoal grilled octopus served alongside olive tapenade and potato purée, and creamy burrata with peppery wild rocket and pomegranate.
