Customers were only able to buy INKOGNITO’s food during pop ups once upon a time, but the trailblazing outfit has found a permanent home in Jumeirah, at Wasl 51 where it continues its inclusive food culture for meat-eaters and vegans alike.
Adding to its all-star chicken cast is the The Looney, a tribute burger recognizing the famous Foghorn Leghorn from Looney Tunes. Known for his Southern draw and old timey sayings, Foghorn’s Looney burger is inspired by Virginia’s traditional Tabasco honey fried chicken.
