Tasca by José Avillez at Mandarin Oriental Jumeira, Dubai has relaunched its fan-favourite Friday Brunch complete with a new innovative menu of Portuguese signatures by chef José Avillez.
The menu will feature Tasca classics like the Tempura Cod Cake and Roasted Seabass while new additions include ‘Salada de Polvo do Algarve’ an octopus salad made with Portuguese dressing, and ‘Wagyu “Picanha”’ cooked till tender on a Josper grill and garnished with smoked fleur de sel.
