Marjon Andesha is a lady with a passion for food. After moving to Abu Dhabi from California in 2004 where she spent her formative years, she began to consider creating cuisine that reflected her upbringing but also her Afghani roots. The concept came to being when she saw that while there were many franchises from abroad, a home-grown brand was missing. Rather than attempt to fuse Californian and Afghani fare, she instead takes the very best of both worlds and presents them as her own unique creations.
