With the indoor dining season soon upon us, the Bella team launches a new brunch featuring Chef Alessandro Miceli’s finest disruptive Italian cuisine. The authentic yet contemporary repertoire preludes with their homemade Pane & Burro before giving way to a symphony of antipasti, from the Fassona Tartare, to the Octopus Carpaccio, Puntarelle Salad, Fritto Misto and Crispy Bombetta, the signature thin-crust pizza, with veal ham, scarmoza and rocket salad.
As every Italian meal demands, the primo piatto then makes its grand entrance, with the harmonious Risotto & Gamberi Rossi, with parmigiana, caruba, red prawns and lime finger. For the “secondi”, guests will have a choice of grilled salmon or Josper-grilled Angus, with weekly vegetarian options also available. To end on a sweet note, Chef Alessandro Miceli will splurge the table with his dessert inspirations of the day, paired with live Dolce Vita entertainment always.
Bella Brunch takes place every Saturday from 1 to 4pm and then gives way to a Dark Drunch at Bellavita Lounge, where the venue is taken over by the shadows with a playlist that will keep you dancing until 7pm and more to DJ beats of the 80’s and 90’s.

Cellar & Cheese: on request, Bella’s Head Sommelier Tushar Borah will host a maximum of 6 guests in the privacy of Bella’s new cellar. 3 glasses of grape and assorted Italian cheeses at AED195 per guest.
