Carna To Showcase An Epicurean Dinner Experience For Dubai Restaurant Week

Carna by Dario Cecchini, the renowned contemporary steakhouse at the SLS Hotel & Residences Dubai sets its sights on bringing a taste of fine cuisine for Dubai Restaurant Week. From the 28th of April to the 7th of May, served from 6pm to 11:45pm patrons and gourmands alike are invited to try the venue’s signature dishes. Known for its sustainable outlook towards dining, the celebrated restaurant will be using locally-sourced ingredients to craft its culinary creations.

Guests may have a taste of Carna’s best through an exquisite 3-course meal for AED 250 per person. Starters include an option among the likes of Grilled Lettuce SaladDario’s Signature Steak Tartare, and Grilled Red Prawn Aglio e Oglio. For the main dishes, diners may choose between a luscious Grilled Australian Hanger Steak with a side of Mac & Cheese and the savoury Carna Sausage served with Whipped Potato. The creamy Mushroom Risotto will also be available as a main for vegetarians and is made with local wild mushrooms, fresh burrata, chives and parmesan cheese.

To end the hearty meal, dessert options will be a choice of either the classic Baked Alaska with Madagascar vanilla ice cream and wild blueberry sorbet, or the decadent 70% Guanaja Chocolate Fondant topped with a fresh citrus salad and a sweet mandarin sorbet.
