World renowned Italian eatery Carluccio’s today has opened its 13th restaurant in the Middle East. Located in the new development of the Springs Souk in Dubai, the outlet will bring a new dining option to neighbouring residents with its popular authentic Italian flair.
The restaurant is the brands seventh venue in Dubai having successfully operated branches such as Dubai Mall, Dubai Marina Mall, Yas Mall and Eastern Mangroves Abu Dhabi for several years, as well as the first ever licensed restaurant at Jumeriah Creekside Hotel in December 2017.
Located on the ground floor within the newly opened Springs Souk, the restaurant boasts 130 covers and is open for breakfast, with an all-day menu, lunch and dinner as well as an open terrace area for the cooler months.
Diners can expect plenty of family fun and activities whilst continuing to enjoy the brands simple Italian cooking full of flavor. The recently refreshed menu consists of firm favorites such as homemade lasagna, penne giardiniera and traditional Tiramisu, as well as the new superfood salad with seasonal additions throughout the year.

Springs Souk is open from 8 am (serving a breakfast menu all day) until midnight at weekends and 11pm weekdays.
