Christmas Takeaway Basket: Ting Irie at Your Doorstep
For a cozy celebration at home, pre-order Ting Irie’s Christmas Takeaway Basket at least 24 hours in advance and customize your Caribbean-inspired feast by mixing and matching festive favourites. The takeaway basket will be available to collect from the venue on 24th and 25th December.
Ting Irie’s Christmas Takeaway Basket features one shareable main course and dessert. Main courses include Homemade Jerk Chicken (1.4 kg) paired with mango salsa, groovy gravy, ting ting stuffing, yardie rice and peas, citrus coleslaw, sorrel and cranberry chutney, roasted potatoes and assorted steamed vegetables. Another option consists of a succulent Cranberry and Sorrel Glazed Turkey (5 to 9 kg) adorned with Caribbean-inspired Thanksgiving flavours and the previous side dishes.
Those preferring smoky flavours can indulge in the Ting Jerky Prime Rib(1.4 kg), marinated for 24 hours in the restaurant’s signature jerk paste, bathed in a luscious demi-glace sauce, and served with vegetables and mashed potatoes.WhereasSeafood lovers can opt for the Hellshire Fry (350grams) and enjoy oceanic delights featuring a whole sea bream fried to perfection, accompanied by pickled vegetables, yardie rice and peas, citrus coleslaw, roasted potatoes and assorted steamed vegetables.

Bid farewell to 2024 and welcome 2025 in style with Ting Irie’s New Year’s Eve set menu. The menu promises a night of celebration and indulgence where guest canrelish the festive spirit through 3 courses. Appetizers include Stamp and Go crunchy fish fritters served with tartar sauce, a homey Island Flavour Chicken Soup, Double Tostones (crispy double-fried plantains) and a Tropical Delight salad topped with plantain crisps and served with dijonette dressing for a zestytwist.
Diners can feast on main courses like Jam Rock Teriyaki Salmon served with coconut basmati rice and garden vegetables, Caribbean Chicken Parmigiana with fetuccine Pomodoro, Veggie Pâté served with fondant potato and boneless Braised Short Rib with sour cream garlic mash, beans, carrots and beef Au Ju.Delectable desserts await the finale including the Cheesecake Mon and sweet Plantain Tarts.
