Taking place on 28th May, Dubai’s North American restaurant is adding some much-needed fun and fizz to the occasion by pairing two culinary classics – burgers and brisket – with plenty of bubbles.
The exclusive menu invites diners to indulge in a luxury take on a comfort food combo with a range of juicy gourmet burgers elevated with a choice of sparkling beverages. Choose from The Weslodge Classic, a double beef patty seared on Weslodge’s famous hardwood & charcoal grill on a potato homemade pickles, double cheese and secret sauce or upmarket with the Wagyu Fillet of 4/5 grade, milk fed tenderloin served with a black oyster sauce and potato sticks.
There’s also The Brisket – a burger made with low-cooked beef brisket with a sourdough bun mozzarella, fresh coleslaw and French mustard; or the ‘Down to Earth’ combining seed and root vegetables topped with double cheese and mixed mushrooms. Not to mention ‘The Blazing Saddle’ and ‘The Big Smoke’ – all served with stacks of crunchy triple-cooked chips and washed down with a premium choice of Budweiser or Prosecco Ruggeri.

AED150 per person for any burger (excluding the Wagyu Fillet Sando) and 2 bottles of Budweiser
AED 175 per person for any burger (excluding the Wagyu Fillet Sando) and 2 glasses of prosecco
AED 200 per person for a Wagyu Fillet Sando and 2 bottles of Budweiser or 2 glasses of prosecco
