Food vanfave-Buns & Cows is back, with the relaunch of the iconic Mina Seyahi burger van. From 1stNovember, the late-night cravings squasher will welcome dine-in guests and drive-through patrons.
With an updated menu of reinvented classics including a Spicy Cow featuring a smoked Mexican pepper cheese, a Clucking Cow (chicken) with avocado spread and a meat-free Hippy Cow, topped with plant-based brie.
Guests can also now enjoy craft hops and beverages in the new outdoor patio, complete with Insta-friendly fairy lights to complete the perfect casual night out.
Buns & Cows is located in front of Le Meridien Mina Seyahi’s driveway and is open from 12pm- 2am.
