The brunch menu is a gastronomic masterpiece, featuring tantalising starters like Fried Soft-Shell Crab with capsicum, salt &pepper,as well as the mouthwatering Shredded 42 Days Peking Duck Salad. Hand-crafted dim sum, including Wild Mushroom Dumplings with black truffle,along with vegetable and chicken and prawn siumai options are served with traditional condiments of dark rice vinegar, shredded ginger and homemade sweet chilli and garlic & soy sauce.

For the main course, indulge in dishes likeSweet & Sour Free-Range Chicken with dragon fruit and aged black vinegar, Wok-Fried Angus Beef with scallion oyster sauce and capsicums, and the new brunch sensation,Mapo Tofu with chilli bean curd, catering for a diverse range of palates.  Leave room for dessert as the Sesame Tart with lime, sea salt and pine nuts, and the Almond &Chocolate Ooling Tea “Xiao Long Bao”promise a sweet conclusion to your feast.
