Diners are welcomed with a glass of Sea Change Prosecco and Amuse Bouche featuring a chef’s selection as well as New Year Mezze Platter. Sharing small platters and grills can then be shared throughout the evening. Small platters include the Froyo Papdi Chaat featuring home-churned Froyo and Tamarind Chutney, the Pickled Rainbow Carrots Salad, the Nadan-spiced Kerala Fried Chicken Karage and much more. Sharing grill plates involve a flavourfulHarissa Paneer Roast, tender Tandoori Mock Meat, Rajputana Murg Soola fermented with Chilly Butter,and Bengal Grilled Prawns with served with Nimbu Mirch Foam among other dishes.
After a refreshing sorbet, guests can then choose one main course from a range of options accompanied by Rice, Indian breads and Black Dal. Dishes include Pulled Jackfruit Kofta, smoked Jodhpuri Mutton, Goan Meen Sorak featuring Chilean Seabass, a Bombay Lunch Home Curryand a classic Chicken Tikka Butter Masala among others.
Finally, patrons can end their meal with a live station featuring several festive desserts including a Gold rabdi-dusted Malai Jamun, a home-baked Flambe Plum Cake and Petit Fours including New Year’s Eve Bon Bons.
