The restaurant and lounge, which is renowned for its elegant, chic, white and gold marble interiors and warm hospitality, is now serving an enticing selection of delicious Appetizers, Salads, Pastas, Pizzas and Desserts.

The restaurant’s new menu is designed to have everyone’s favourite dishes with or without the addition of the world’s best caviar. There is an excellent selection to suit all tastes and everything is freshly made in our kitchen, including our pastas”, said Chef Saad
Featuring a selection of international flavors, the new additions include freshly made pastas, sushi and a variety of pizzas. Signature dishes include Truffle Linguine, Seafood Fettuccine, Bresaola and BurrataPizza, Truffle Pizza, Spiced Octopus, Angus Beef Tartar and Grilled Seabass to name a few. The menu also features sushi including California Maki and Salmon Maki Ikura.The new menu also includes an assortment of dessert options such as Crème Brulée and Chocolate Discovery.
The classic and Beluga favourite dishes will continue to be featured including the restaurant’s signature Golden Cigar made from Salmon, Truffle Cream and House Caviar and the Tsarine Potato, an all-time favourite made from Traditional Baked Baby Potatoes, Sour Cream and Russian Oscietra. The menu also includes a RawBar section and Caviar Tasting.
Beluga Restaurant & Lounge, located in the lobby of Mandarin Oriental Jumeira, Dubai, will be open daily from 1pm to 11pm, perfect for a quick business lunch or a night out with friends and family.
