Dubai residents and visitors are up for a treat until this weekend as six restaurants across town fire up dishes featuring recipes from the father of Italian cuisine: Pellegrino Artusi.
Organised by the Italian Embassy in the UAE together with the Italian Consulate, Italian Trade Agency, and Italian Academy of Cuisine, the UAE event is part of a global celebration titled Italian Cuisine in the World 2020 which commemorates the knowledge and flavours of Italy, and the supposed 200th birthday of Artusi.
Diners can choose from a range of dishes filled with the true essence of authentic Italian cuisine, freshly prepared by master chefs:
