Armani/Ristorante Introduces A Vibrant Selection Of Spring-Inspired Dishes To It’s A La Carte Menu

Armani/Ristorante, the city’s renowned Michelin-starred dining destination located in the Armani Hotel inside the iconic Burj Khalifa, welcomes the new season of spring with an exquisite selection of seasonal additions to its à la carte menu. For those seeking a rich, luxurious dish, the Manzo Stockyard features Wagyu tenderloin M-5, foie gras terrine, broccolini, beetroot, black truffle, and Arabica jus.

For dessert, guests can indulge in sweet creations such as Baba’, a citrus-infused baba with apricot, vanilla, and thyme Chantilly for a refreshing finish, or Noci, a walnut and pecan emulsion with light praline mousse, gavotte, and Guanaja 70% ice cream for a satisfyingly rich experience.
