Since its awe-inspiring launch party in November 2019, the restaurant has established itself as a trending hotspot, boasting a relaxed yet effervescent lounge area, a strikingly designed dining area, as well as a stylish Copacabana-style rooftop bar and terrace.
Leaving long-lasting impressions with 85,000 guests that have dined and enjoyed the immersive jungle experience(equivalent to populating the Yas Marina circuit twice), Amazónico has rapidly become a hot spot for residents and tourists alike.
Offering a unique taste of the Amazon with bold yet harmonious flavors, Amazónico served over 8,000 plates of Nigiri alone last year (equivalent to the height of the entire Burj Khalifa), and a staggering 5,300 plates of its best-selling Pina Rostizada, a slow roasted pineapple with a caramel glaze, carefully carved and served atop a homemade corn cake,served with coconut sorbet.
Steaks ahead! The Bife Angosto – grass-fed wagyu sirloin, Solomillo de Res – prime tenderloin, and the Picanha – Brazilian style grilled rump steak, have been named the top three dishes of the year.
Following the restaurant’s roaring success in 2020, next year Amazónico is set to launch a podcast and dedicated music programme, lots of exciting new dishes on the menu and much, much more.
