For the first time, DRIFT Dubai will host a Ramadan Majlis at its chic Sea Lounge, offering a unique fusion of French and Arabic flavours throughout the holy month. Set against a stunning waterfront backdrop, the venue will be transformed with ornate lanterns casting a warm glow, plush seating with intricate patterns and carpets.
Chef Sylvain Noel has brought the menu to life with a curated Iftar sharing-style experience, adding an Arabic twist to the traditional French dishes that DRIFT is so loved for. Guests are invited to break their fast with an assortment of dates and nuts, followed by traditional dishes such as Harira Soup, Shish Tawouk, Zaalouk and indulgent desserts including Lokma and Frozen Yogurt with caramelized nuts and honey, accompanied by a selection of beverages.
In addition to the special Iftar offering, the à la carte DRIFT Sea Lounge menu will feature a Ramadan-inspired twist – the perfect star-lit dinner experience with a luxury, open-air setup – ideal for group bookings and corporate Iftars.
