A captivating phenomenon of energy, entertainment and elegance, the unique dining experience is accompanied by a French-Mediterranean-lead menu curated by Culinary Director Robert Rathbone, complemented by classic cocktails serving as a nod to the history of the much-loved showtime.
The a la carte menu features a selection of elevated dishes, including starters of Burrata; Crevettes a l’Estragon (prawns with olive oil and tarragon); Chicken Liver & Foie Gras Parfait; and Beef Tartare, followed by mains such as Wild Mushroom & Truffle Tagliatelle; Baked Seabass en Papillote; Ragu Confit de Canard and Filet Steak with Dauphinoise Potatoes. The dessert section is equally delectable, with options of Vanilla Cheesecake; Vanilla Crème Brûlée; French Cheese Platter and a selection of Ice Creams and Sorbets.
