Introducing Pink Summer
Kickstarting on 21st June, Time Out Market Dubai presents its “Pink Summer”, featuring a specially crafted beverage menu including all things pink, from delightful rosé wine to refreshing rosé cider and tantalising pink cocktails. Tempt your taste buds to 17 unique dishes from each of the Market’s concessions – curated for the occasion.
The vibrant dishes include Reif’s Spicy Salmon Maki – a spicy salmon and fresh avocado uramaki roll coated with pink crispy rice. á La Greque’s introduces its Syko; a refreshing salad containing local figs, barrel-aged soft feta and a crunchy walnut salsa with rocca leaves. 21 Grams will be serving its delicious baked beetroot carpaccio, with raspberry sauce, brown butter, roasted almonds and tarragon. For guests craving both sweet and savoury, Pickl’s Boujee Bird is the perfect choice – crispy fried chicken coated with strawberry hot honey drizzle and vanillaice cream in a soft potato bun.
Pink Summer will also include a special collaboration with African + Eastern and Gordon’s Premium Pink Gin, transforming the Market into the ultimate pink garden. Time Out Market will feature a Gordon’s trolley serving pink-hued cocktails and a pink phone box for guests to snap pictures in as they sip.
Sip & Paint: It’s time to get creative!
Adding to the Market’s cultural calendar is a series of Sip & Paint events that will take place at the Market monthly on Sundays, with the next coming up on the 23 July. The Sip & Paint will be an event that will guarantee an unforgettable evening filled with painting, artistic expression and lots of fun, all whilst sipping on a delicious glass of grape or beverage of your choice.
This entertaining experience will be led by the talented Rakhi Sawalani & Marina Roussou from Desert Art Collective. The artists were discovered by Time Out Market Dubai after submitting their portfolios at an Art Box pop-up, targeting local artists, that was held in March at the Market. Now, Rakhi & Marina are hosting the first ever Sip & Paint at Time Out Market Dubai.
Rakhi & Marina will guide participants through the painting process, ensuring a delightful and fulfilling experience for all attendees. Whether you are an experienced painter or a first-time enthusiast, this event invites everyone to unleash their inner artist and discover their hidden talents, channelling their inner Van Gogh, Abdulla Lutfi or Michelangelo, all in a relaxed and inviting atmosphere.

Beer Market: A Must for any Beer Enthusiasts

During the three days of the Beer Market, Steve Gilsenan will be hosting the Guinness Editor’s table, a food pairing experience centred around Guinness for eight people, to help beer lovers learn the best way to enjoy a pint of the black stuff (from 9pm to 11pm, ticket price is 295AED per person)
