Celebrate the holiday season in true tropical style at Amazónico Dubai, with an upgraded Christmas brunch, and a Studio 54 inspired party to bring in the new year.
Following last year’s festivities, Amazónico welcomes Dubai’s residents and tourists for another season of tropical glamour, Latin American dishes, and electro-pical beats to get you grooving into 2022!
AMAZÓNICO’S CHRISTMAS BRUNCH
Bringing back the annual celebration; the Jungle Bell Brunch will take place on Friday 24th December and Saturday, 25th December, from 1pm to 4pm. Amazónico will showcase its twist on Christmas classics and cocktails alongside entertainment from the Latin percussionist and DJs.
A festive favourite reinvented, the Pavita con Manzana is one not to be missed; slices of turkey breast served with potato purée, topped with quinoa and green apple. Also on the menu are Amazónico’s most loved dishes; Patacones Mechados, pulled veal on crispy plantain for starters and Entraña Marinda, the classic chimichurri marinated skirt steak for mains. Finish the celebration on a sweet note with the Pan de Pascua, molten panettone with hazelnut ice cream, or a traditional South American dulce de leche based Alfajores.
Prices start from AED 575 for soft drinks, AED 675 for house beverages and AED 775 for Champagne.
AMAZÓNICO’S ‘JUNGLE FEVER’ NEW YEAR’S EVE
Disco your way through the night at Amazónico’s Jungle Fever party, a wild glitter-filled inspired Studio 54 with a modern twist. Don your finest sequins, as for one night only, Amazónico will dazzle with shimmering lights and neon streaks, illuminating the mirror balls for a grand farewell to 2021.
Kick off the night with Amazónico’s special dining experience; treat yourself to phenomenal Latin-American signature dishes from Oysters and Atun Okinamasu con Caviar for starters to Bife Angosto Wagyu and Arroz Chaufa, grilled duck with red, black whole grain rice. For a late dinner, choose from the a-la-carte menu or a special NYE set menu post 9:30 pm.
Groove to the retro tunes of the four resident DJs who will be playing back-to-back alongside the Latin percussionist for the ultimate NYE Jungle Fever experience. Enjoy the evening with a premium bottle service or order perfectly crafted cocktails from the revamped bar at the rooftop; so everyone has their favourite drinks ready to toast.
Enjoy signature beats with a disco twist as you countdown to midnight on the newly refurbished rooftop terrace.
