Homegrown restaurant BB relaunches the wallet friendly 4B business lunch on weekdays from 12-4pm. Starting from AED 30 per person, guests are invited to enjoy a true BB culinary experience.
The famous business lunch features 4B’s; Bites, Bao’s, Bowls, BBQ’s and is hard to miss with the elegant, but light-hearted service in a relaxing contemporary setting. A firm favourite for a business lunch, the all-inclusive, modern-eastern inspired restaurant has evolved from the owners’ love of the community. Escape from your desk for an hour and treat yourself, colleagues or friends to some of BB’s favourite dishes including the Super Green Hummus, Wagyu Ramen, All-Star Pho or Chicken Katsu.
Nestled in the heart of the bustling DIFC, you can navigate the three floors of European inspired interior, with the help of a giant sweeping spiral staircase. On the middle floor, you’ll be greeted with an open plan kitchen, you may even be lucky enough to meet co-owner and chef Alexander Stumpf cooking up a storm. Follow the black and white mosaic tiles through to your marble table where you’ll be seated amongst bespoke antique mirrors and cascading greenery, under the breeze of industrial ceiling fans. So, what do you fancy delving into first? Try a Bite of Cauliflower Popcorn or Butter Fish. A 4 Cheese & Spinach Bao, panko crusted cream cheese, goat cheese, mozzarella, feta cheese and spinach with a truffle tofu sauce. Not sure which Bowl to choose? Choose your favourite Pho served with Beef, Chicken or Tofu. If you fancy something off the BBQ, try the Wagyu Skirt Steak with grilled rice and sesame beef sauce, or the Shakshuka Grilled Chicken accompanied by crispy veal bacon, spiced tomato relish and a steamed bao.
