Sui Mui, The Westin Dubai Mina Seyahi’s Asian restaurant is launching a brand new Saturday night brunch. Pho Real will take guest on a delicious culinary journey across Asia showcasing the incredible skills of the Sui Mui Chefs.
The perfect way to round off the weekend, Pho Real features a mouthwatering selection of live stations where Sui Mui’s incredible culinary team will prepare authentic Asian delicaces such as Sushi, Asian Tacos and Dim Sum – and that’s’ just for starters!
For mains, guests will struggle tom choose between Kalbi spiced BBQ short ribs, Chinese style steamed seabass with ginger, scallion and soy or the seafood red curry bursting with flavours.
Finish off the evening with a sweet escape, featuring sticky rice with mango, fruit makki or the incredible Pandan crème brulee.
