OSH Launches A Brand-New Menu

Popular for its stunning views and for bringing the best of Uzbek cuisine to Dubai, Osh has now expanded its menu to include a new selection of tasty delights. Its expansive menu has over 120 dishes, including many that are perfect for being shared with friends or larger groups.

The latest additions to the menu have been created by Head Chef Alejandro Castro, who says he was inspired to adapt traditional Uzbek recipes to include more organic ingredients sourced from Uzbekistan and to put a twist on usual flavours.

Top picks from the new line up include crispy Japanese inspired Panko seabass fillet served with a kidney bean and green banana stew, Whole roasted lamb shoulder with fresh herbs, katlama bread and home-made BBQ sauce and Grilled chimichurri tiger prawns.

The star of the new menu is the Milk cake that’s served in a teacup with candy floss on top, but the Lime macaroon is also delicious as it’s filled with whipped cream, fresh raspberries and raspberry sauce.

If guests don’t fancy going home after dinner, every night from 12-5 am the upper level of OSH transforms into a karaoke come cabaret haven where diners can join a team of seven professional singers and dancers to perform their favourite songs to the restaurant. OSH isn’t just a late-night venue; its terrace is the perfect place to catch up with friends whilst enjoying panoramic views of downtown Dubai. On Monday nights ladies can enjoy three complimentary red, white or sparkling glasses of grape and a voice show from 10 pm – 12 am performed by the OSH Art Squad.

Located in the buzzing beachside hub La Mer, OSH is a casual dining come party concept that has both indoor/outdoor seating and shisha. It’s open for lunch, dinner, and late-night from 12am to 5am every day. For booking enquiries please call +971 55 963 6756 or email info@oshdubai.com.
