This Valentine’s Day, CÉ LA VI Dubai’s Executive Chef Howard Ko has curated a delicious 4-course set menu for the ultimate romantic rendezvous. With breathtaking views of Dubai’s skyline, head up 54 floors for a dreamy and picture-perfect evening while you indulge in the finest Contemporary Asian cuisine that Dubai has to offer.

Start your evening with an exclusive gin and Champagne based cocktail – the Ace of Hearts, a light and refreshing concoction that leaves an aftertaste of rose, lemon and orange twist. Their delectable set menu offers a wide array of hero dishes including an innovative twist on San Francisco’s popular Parker Rolls, served with Dungeness Crab Dip, Trout Roe – Foie Gras Mousse, Mandarin Marmalade – Perigord Black Truffle Butter. Our favourite is their Hamachi, drowsed in Oxtail Ponzu and garnished with Osetra Caviar, Turnip and Kizami Wasabi.

For seafood lovers, the Roasted Scallops served with Wagyu Pancia is a must try but the menu also offers a choice between tender Hokkaido Wagyu Beef or medium Grilled Cabbage stuffed with Shiso Leaves for your mains. A perfect aphrodisiac, dive into their buttery Mille-Feuille topped with Light Vanilla and Rose Cream, Rasberry Gastrique and Lychee –  a wonderfully appealing blend of flavours and textures.

Following a showstopping dinner, head to CÉ LA VI Dubai’s Club Lounge to continue the celebrations with an electric and immersive entertainment experience and dance the night away to adrenaline pumping beats.
