Maison de Jazz is La Serre’s celebration of a great year with a night of glamour and gastronomy. Olga and Ade, resident jazz duo make this a memorable night. At midnight, enjoy vantage views of fireworks from Burj Khalifa. Resident DJ Sasha keeps the party mood going until 3 AM ensuring you are raving to the hottest beats in the hours leading to the countdown to 2020.

Packages start from AED 2,500 per couple
Laurent Perrier Package – AED 2,500 for two people.
Inclusive of one bottle of bubbly and a four-course dinner for two.
Gold Emotion Package – AED 2,500 for two. Inclusive of one bottle of Gold Emotion 24-carat gold soft sparkles and a four-course dinner for two.
VIP Cristal Package – AED 6,500 for two.
Inclusive of one bottle of premium bubbles and a four-course dinner for two.
The four-course menu at Maison de Jazz
Amuse bouche: Truffle and parmesan croquette
Cold starters: A choice of foie gras terrine, crab tian, or heirloom beet salad.
Hot starters: A choice of parsnip and truffle soup with winter truffle toast, grilled asparagus with egg and truffle, or scallop with a side of cauliflower puree, chestnut crisps, and prestige caviar.
Main course: Cote de boeuf with sautéed ratte potato, baby chicken with green beans, mashed potato, and truffle, mushroom and truffle risotto, or whole baked sea bream marinated with Provencal spices.
Dessert: White grape poached pear with cinnamon ice cream and ginger crumble, Mont Blanc, or a Monte Carlo Dream with passion fruit.
