To celebrate the 48th UAE National Day, Dubai’s only caviar-dedicated restaurant Beluga will be serving up a patriotic twist to all visitors with the ‘Caviarati’, an exclusive promotion running from the 1stto 2nd December 2019.
A delicious concoction of blinis, served in a trio of sandwiches, this dish is filled with smoked salmon, cream cheese, chives, herbs, butter and Royal Baerii caviar. Accompanying the ‘Caviarati’ is a creative mocktail – the Virgin Raspberry Royal (a perfect choice for your Insta-friendly foodie photos) and is available at AED 100 per person.
Set in the opulent surroundings of Dubai’s only caviar-dedicated restaurant, Beluga will also be serving an à la carte menu and afternoon tea menu, daily.
