Hailing from Alba, Piedmont, Chef Giuseppe Barbero and the president of the Alba Commission Mauro Carbone have travelled to Dubai to create an aromatic truffle dining experience.
The Slow Food movement, founded in Piedmont, is dedicated to the preservation of local food cultures and traditions.
Focusing on feeding the senses rather than fueling the body, Chef Giuseppe will demonstrate with his 5-course dinner, with a focus on truffle.
