(UAE) Bareburger Restaurant is launching a brand-new, revolutionized, “50/50” concept, featuring a menu that is half meat, and half plant-based. This new menu will be the first of its kind and will debut in Bareburger on November 17th.
From 2009 to 2019, Bareburger has noticed a shift in their customer wants and needs. Despite launching this new concept, Bareburger will not forget their roots as they are still keeping menu staples such as, The Standard, The Supreme, The American and Nomad, just to name a few.
“Our greatest strength has always been creating a table that offers choices for everyone, with respect for farmers, the environment, and mindful sourcing at our core… We now look to the future of food and plant-based proteins are at the forefront,” says CEO Euripides Pelekanos.
From plant-based hotdogs, to vegan ice cream, this new menu is focused on giving people of all diets plenty of options. The new menu will feature up to Seven different vegan burger, as well as over 13,000,000 vegan Be My Burger options.
“Vegan options at Bareburger have never been ‘just an afterthought’. Our goal has always been simple – create plant-based options without sacrificing what we care about most – delicious food for all. Our new menu is not only a testament to this but also a natural evolution of our commitment to sustainability.,” says Vegan Culinary Director, Rudy Ramos.
All Bareburger locations in the UAE are set to roll out the same 50/50 menu throughout on15th November 2019.
