From a variety of fresh seafood plates to a choice of perfectly cooked meat and fish mains, the preview menu consists of an array of elegant creations with a theatrical affair that brings alive all the senses.
This season of indulgence, treat yourself to appetizing bites of Seaweed Parker Rolls, a famous and irresistibly buttery Boston Parker House creation served with a regional twist of yuzu labneh, date honey and pistachio verde. Dive into mouth-watering, locally sourced Spanish Blue Fin Tuna Crudo prepared with flavourful watermelon radish, fennel and avocado.
For meat lovers, the premium Wagyu Beef and Broccoli is a beautifully cooked satiating main dish drowsed in bone marrow jus with a side of buttered broccoli, confit potato, cippolini onion and roasted pear. Another fresh and fine unmissable option, the Roasted Mediterranean Sea Bass is cooked in a light textured yuzu flavoured beurre blanc and underneath awaits a bed of baby leek, pearl onion, fennel and romanesco. The closing act offers a divine dessert platter that allows you to sample a variety of the pastry chef’s mini creations.
