Laying beloved memories reminiscent of festive dinners, harmoniously tied together with aromatic spices and bright lights, on the table this Diwali, Oud Metha hidden gem Moreish will launch a dedicated menu celebrating the auspicious occasion from the 23rd of October to the 2nd of November.
An innovative take on the menu blending the best of East and West, family-run Moreish‘s Diwali menu highlights flavours that the Moreish family themselves celebrated their festivals with. The menu features dishes that are flawlessly blended with out-of-the-ordinary elements from around the world with festive creations such as the Popcorn Ruby Chaat – a harmonious mix of popcorn, black beans, coriander pesto and pomegranate seeds – and the Saffron Risotto – arborio rice slow cooked in a saffron sauce, with lime-braised vegetables and parmesan.
Moreish also spotlights Diwali’s sweet traditions with their spin on the beloved Indian milk-based sweet barfi, made with lavender and cashews, topped with a berry coulis. Adding razzle, dazzle and spark, Moreish‘s festive beverage offerings add much more to the atmosphere than just refreshing, spiced concoctions with the Phuljadi (Sparkler) Sherbet – a rose sherbet served with a ‘crackling’ surprise.
Moreish‘s Diwali Menu will be available to the public from the 23rd of October to the 2nd of November 2019.
