With a menu by Japanese-Argentinian Chef Cristian Goya, KAYTO pop-up will be open for lunch and dinner from 8 October, serving Peruvian-Nikkei flavours alongside a selection of Japanese-inspired cocktails, mocktails and varieties of Sake, crafted by an in-house mixologist. A place to discover and be discovered in, KAYTO will impress guests with its refreshed décor in a soft nude colour palette, secluded outdoor seating areas and spectacular views of the ever-iconic Burj Al Arab Jumeirah. The stunning sunset setting is paired with the upbeat sounds of a live DJ set six days a week, creating an effortlessly cool atmosphere.
To begin, guests can enjoy the likes of Roasted Langoustines in a Sweet and Sour sauce and Miso Caramelized Eggplant, followed by expertly prepared Crudo and signature dishes such as Saikyo Miso Black Cod, Australian Wagyu Beef Tataki and Corn-Fed Chicken Breast with Truffle Teriyaki sauce. Further celebrating Peruvian-Nikkei, desserts will include a selection of Mochi, Cheesecake Brûlée served with Mandarin Sorbet or Espresso Glace.
KAYTO pop-up is a representation of Jumeirah’s ambitious plans to elevate the dining experience, led by Chief Culinary Officer, Michael Ellis.
