Mango Tree Thai Bistro invites Dubai on a culinary journey to the delicious, vibrant and aromatic food normally found on the bustling streets of Thailand. The Bangkok Street Brunch will be available every Friday from 1pm to 4pm from October 4th onward, the scrumptious buffet will display traditional Thai street food from only AED 149 per person inclusive of soft beverages and AED 299 with house beverages. Brunch-goers can look forward to a sophisticated yet entertaining culinary experience whilst enjoying a vibrant atmosphere. To keep the enjoyment going post-brunch a new Happy Hour offer has also been launched and will be available from 4pm to 7pm.
To kickstart the dining experience, guests can begin the feast with flavourful dishes offered from the Thai Cold and Salad station. Those looking to include healthy elements to their brunch can feast on delicious Grilled Beef Salad and refreshing Watermelon Salad served with Dried Shrimps. Across the Thai bistro, beverage stalls will be set up alongside interactive live stations that are meant to showcase the cooking process exclusively to guests. The Thai Deep Fried & Grilled Corner allows for not only a behind the scenes look on the culinary creations but also presents the chance to indulge in mouthwatering appetizers. Mini Shrimp and Fish Balls, Crispy Larb Chicken Wings and Khoa Pod Thod, are just a few of the specialty offerings included in the lavish spread.
Diners can savour a selection of signature dishes inspired by traditional Thai cuisine for the main course. A few of the flavourful options include authentic Satay Chicken with Peanut Sauce, crispy Wok Fried Chicken with Cashew Nut and the famous Green Chicken Curry. The selection ranges from the exquisite Mini Mango Sticky Rice to the delicious Red Ruby Water Chestnuts topped with Coconut Ice-cream and Chatuchak Street Style Ice-cream. Throughout, the afternoon the ambience will be complemented with live entertainment provided by DJ Eva.
