Taikun’s Brunch Is Where East Meets Plate

Taikun (formerly Toko), a pan-Asian restaurant and bar in Downtown Dubai, is taking the city’s brunch scene to another level. Putting iconic Asian dishes in the spotlight, foodies are invited to feast on a quintessential spread of soups, salads, sushi and small plates. Go on a culinary journey from Vietnam to Japan with fresh sashimi, tantalizing tataki, classic duck tacos, and robata masterpieces.

Aptly named “Shumatsu” – the Japanese word for weekend – stab those weekday worries with a pair of chopsticks at this bustling brunch.

Let the clattering woks and hissing steam transport you to Asia as steaming baskets of gourmet dim sum whiz by and sushi is hand-rolled by the kilo.
