Dubai’s biggest brunch is back with a summer twist.
The Loft at Dubai Opera, an award-winning restaurant and bar serving chef-driven brasserie fare, is putting a summer spin on its renowned Lofty Caviar Brunch.
Offering an ephemeral respite from the scorching summer heat, the brunch’s summer edition invites guests indulge in life’s little luxuries.
On the menu
Bringing experiential dishes to the forefront – guests can expect rare seafood, an exquisite array of handpicked oysters and a stunning caviar station, homemade ice cream, a plethora of seasonal fruits, and bird bath cocktails sprinkled with blooms.
While lauded as the best caviar brunch in town, the summer menu will also be sharing the spotlight with a scrumptious array of signature dishes.
Inspired by a quintessential European summer spread, the dishes include a selection of oyster and ceviche, mushroom risotto infused with truffle, cheese and cold cuts, refreshing summer drinks, and premium French sparkles.
“Our summer brunch menu is inspired by the creme de la creme of this season’s ingredients. Rich with fresh seafood and vibrant produce, our dishes’ soulful flavors promise to evoke fond summer memories”, says Chef Brian Voelzing, Group Executive Chef at Lincoln Hospitality, the company that owns and operates The Loft.
A sophisticated yet approachable affair, The Lofty Caviar Brunch will be serving fresh homemade ice cream escalated with bespoke toppings at a live station. For a more decadent experience, an indulgent medley of artisanal desserts will also be curated.
