P.F Chang’s Celebrates 10 Years In The Middle East

P.F. Chang’s introduced the world to its made-from-scratch Asian cuisine in 1993. Twenty-six years later, the company has more than 300 locations across the globe and is the top Asian upscale casual dining chain in the world, serving more Dynamite Shrimp, Chicken Lettuce Wraps, Hand-rolled Dim Sum, and Mongolian Beef than any other restaurant company. As part of their 10th anniversary celebrations in the Middle East, the brand will go through a multidimensional revamp that will redefine the P.F Chang’s dining experience in the region.

Launching a variety of new dishes and an interactive new dining menu that is tech friendly, diners at P.F. Chang’s can scan a QR Code with their phones to unlock videos of new dishes, interactive games for children, and exciting facts about dishes on the menu. As the creators of the original recipes of the Dynamite Shrimp, Chang’s Chicken Lettuce Wraps and Mongolian Beef, which have all became staples around the world, their core popular items on the menu will still be available, while the restaurant will also be introducing an array of new dishes. On the menu will be more salads and vegetarian options, Kids Bento Boxes, new Beef, Duck and Seabass dishes, the must-try Chef’s special Crab Cakes, and the best one; a larger version of their Dynamite Shrimp, which has proven to be the most popular menu item in the Middle East. While the original recipe of the Dynamite Shrimp is widely imitated, P.F. Chang’s is sure that it can never be duplicated due to its secret sauce created over 26 years ago. Fun Fact: P.F. Chang’s sells an average of 10 Million Dynamite Shrimp every year!

From uniforms and cutlery, to furniture and décor, P.F. Chang’s restaurants across the region will be getting a full revamp in addition to the complete refurbishment of select stores in the UAE and Kuwait, and new store launches in UAE, Oman and KSA. Each store will now have a unique hand-painted mural that is special to that location, and no two murals across their 300 stores worldwide will be the same.

Always on the lookout to create the tastiest dishes, P.F. Chang’s also understands the growing demand for healthy eating, while also catering to specific dietary requirements – be it vegan or gluten-free. As all their dishes are made to order, the restaurant prides itself for being able to adapt menu items as per the customer’s request.
