Located within La Ville Hotel & Suites CITY WALK, the urban steakhouse promises a meal made for lingering. Reflecting the restaurant’s relaxed ambience, social setting and sharing concept, the boutique hotel’s Executive Chef Moritz Neumann curated the new brunch menu featuring meat, seafood and vegetarian options.
Delighting brunch skeptics with a wide selection of choices and convenience of time frames, guests can choose any 3-hour period between 1pm to 6pm on Saturday afternoon. Allowing diners to experience a little (or a lot of) everything, the new sharing menu includes Fin de Claire Oysters, Beef Marmalade Toast, Graze Ceaser Salad, Josper Grilled Beef Flank, Salmon Medallions, Baked Truffle Mac & Cheese, to name a few. Sweeter options include Caramel and Chocolate S’mores and Strawberry Cheese Cake.
