Curating the ultimate Gastro Café Style menu, kitchen serves up a breakfast to dinner experience unlike any other. Fusing wellness with wholesome and heart cooking, Roots is set to become Dubai’s newest haven for soulful culinary experiences.
Chef de Cuisine, Sylvain Noel, spearheads the meeting of East with the true West, with a wide ranging menu covering all meals and the ‘in betweens’ too. The Roots Kitchen by Parlour experience takes patrons on a food driven journey, featuring home-style cooking favourites and new innovative options, inspired by all corners of Europe.
The Kitchen’s breakfast features crowd favourites such as organic acai with stone-cut oats and delightful avocado tartine, for those wanting refreshing options. Others can indulge in blueberry oatmeal waffles with crème fraiche or a fresh berry and lemon custard crème topped breakfast pain Perdue.
Lunch and dinner crowds can delight themselves in anything from a juicy stockyard farm black angus tenderloin to delicious roasted Cornish hen. With hearty mains like the slow-braised New Zealand lamb shoulder and spaghetti chittara, to filling sandwiches and a range of delicious sides, Roots Kitchen is set to deliver a menu that is good for the mind, body and soul.
Ending the experience on a sweet note, with the sinfully delicious desserts like the chocolate ganache, panna cotta and the acai cheesecake, patrons won’t be able to stop smiling!
