Beefbar, Dubai’s swankiest meat atelier, launches ‘Taste of Kobe’, an exquisite tasting menu of the best Kobe street food dishes. Tempting discerning carnivores, the Monte Carlo-born restaurant promises guests interesting concoctions made from only exclusive certified Japanese Kobe Beef and served in the beautiful, chic interiors of the DIFC-based restaurant.
The ‘Taste Of Kobe’ offer includes a selection of the most popular street food from around the world made with pure Japanese Kobe beef and with the signature ‘Beefbar’ twist. The bespoke menu features Kobe sliders, Habanero chili Tacos, Mini Tartare, Tostada de Mikazuki, Quesadillas de la casa, Kobe beef gyoza, Kobe beef shawarma and Crispy beef mashed potatoes. ‘Taste of Kobe’ would be served with a glass of grape or hop.
Conceptualized in Monte Carlo by Riccardo Giraudi, Beefbar Dubai is the sixth outlet of the famous chain. The Kobe beef is the scientifically proven highest quality beef from around the globe and is only exclusively available. Giraudi became the first official exporter of certified Japanese Kobe beef in Europe in 2014. The delicate meat is known for its refined, rich sweetness, exceptional texture and unique aroma.
