Seafire Steakhouse & Bar Brings The Taste Of Ireland To Dubai In Celebration Of St Patrick’s Day

Seafire Steakhouse & Bar will bring a taste of Ireland to Dubai this St Patricks Day with a series of exquisite dinners and a masterclass using Irelands finest produce. Taking place on Friday 16th and Saturday 17th March, guests can sample a seven-course set menu with an Irish twist created by meat speciality Chef de Cuisine, Raymond Wong and Master Butcher, Allan Morris of Ireland’s celebrated John Stone Dry aged Meat Company.

Taking place from 8:30pm until 11:30pm for AED 390 per person, the duo will take guests on a culinary journey with the presentation of a special seven-course menu, fusing the very best cuts from John Stone, with Chef Raymond’s signature culinary style. To start, diners are invited to try the delicious crispy wild Irish crab cakes served with kale-slaw and curried mayonnaise, followed by truffle scented leek and potato soup accompanied with smoked cheddar biscotti. As part of the authentic Irish experience, Chef Raymond will be serving a hearty beef stew with savory donuts, and a beautiful cut of John Stone beef striploin, which comes with charred leek, colcannon mash, caramelised onion puree and drizzled with brown ale jus.

With almost twenty-four years in the industry, classically trained Irish master butcher Allan Morris will  be bringing his expertise to the table with a butchery presentation throughout the dining experience. The demonstration will highlight the benefits of dry aging (dry-aged beef is beef that has been hung or placed on a rack to dry for several weeks), sustainable farming, health advantages, cuts selection, and much more. Seafire’s team of mixologists have crafted an array of specially designed Irish inspired cocktails such as The Big Dill with Jameson which will be available on both evenings, alongside the full a la carte grape list and beverage menu.
